  If you're going to go there, just get pizza. Pizza was pretty good actually, but everything else our party has was terrible. Wings were awful, and the roast beef was dry. Soup was extremely cold too. Wouldn't recommend anything but the pizza.

  I went to Gelsosomo's Pizza in Cedar Lake last night to check out the place under new management, at the public invitation of Sarah Colantuono. Here is the review I shared on Google, with a slight edit, along with some photos....
  
  Came in for a light dinner. Ordered a side salad, fresh Romaine greens, Roma tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, thin red onions. All portioned beautifully, and served with a very good Italian dressing, which I added Parmesan cheese to. Great fresh flavors and satisfying for a side salad.
  
  Ordered a small "7 Cheese" pizza, added Italian sausage. Great balance in the sauce between savory and slightly more pronounced sweetness, very EXCELLENT. These seven cheeses compliment so well and the sausage was portioned ideally.
  
  The crust was neither thin nor "bready" just the right thickness to make this a meal, without feeling overly filling. I ate the entire salad, which was fantastic, and I had leftover pizza for lunch today...excellent.
  
  The atmosphere was very family-friendly, and yet the bar area is situated in such a way that the Libations can be enjoyed in a very cohesive and enjoyable setting for dining and or drinks.
  
  The Staff is very focused on making your experience "complete". Crystal (server) took the time to familiarize me with the menu, and checked in on me with great attention and "smiled" the entire time. Mike (management) came out to ask if everything was to my satisfaction, and I acknowledged "exceedingly satisfactory".
  
  This is a wonderful place to enjoy with friends, family, teams, group outings. Very casual, and completely satisfying.
